		<description>Ah yes, chicken breasts - aren&#039;t they the best standby for a weekday dinner??  Once I found out how easy it is to stuff them, I often stuff them with whatever is hanging around my kitchen:  leftover haloumi, feta, sundried tomatoes, fresh herbs, boursin, tapenade, pesto... you name it!  Then wrap &#039;em in bacon and bake in the oven.  Yum!  And I *love* cauliflower cheese!</description>
